I only go in for annual check ups now but the entire process of getting an appointment, checking in, preliminary assessments, and meeting with Dr. Watkins is as simple and stress-free as it can be. All of the staff are friendly and professional. Dr. Watkins is a sweetheart and really cares for her patients! I wouldn't go anywhere else!!

Dr. McInnis is an incredible physician. My vision after cataract surgery (elsewhere) was great, and then I began getting glare at night. Dr. McInnis reassured me and explained I just needed a quick YAG laser! My glare vision immediately went from 20/80 to 20/20!!! Thank you, Dr. McInnis! My appointment began and was completed in the expected time frame. The group is well-staffed with friendly, competent people, and is actively involved in training the next generation of eye doctors and support staff. My eyes were deemed 'fine', with no unexpected changes, and the estimated change in my prescription was not enough to warrant purchasing a new pair of glasses at this time. Excellent eye Doctor. Professional, knowledgeable, communicates with you with and without prompting. I've been going to Medical Eyes since 1992 for Glaucoma & original Doc (Younger) retired. Went through a couple of them until I met McInnis. Would highly recommend this practice. Dr Callie Harberts was fantastic yesterday due to an emergency. Had some very significant floaters in my left eye and given my history, called them to set up an appointment as quickly as possible. I have been seeing Dr Herryger since 2016. She did a wonderful eyelid surgery for me that year. I have Wet Eye Macular Degeneration. At my age (85) I do not expect it will become a real problem but if it should I know she will be there to treat me if it comes to that. I've been a patient and known the office since about 1973 when it was a one doctor office which soon doubled in size to two. Dr. Patricia Cosgrove is the third person to lead and expand the practice. (For about 20 years I also had my office in the now old Bozeman Medical Arts Center.) Had cataract surgery with Dr McInnis just over two years ago, and got rid of my bifocals immediately thereafter. Really liked Dr. Sheehan's ability to listen to what my issues were and to have a detailed discussion of the many options to correct my vision. He didn't push for surgery right away. We had a methodical discussion about the pro's and con's of each avenue (glasses, contacts, surgery on one eye, surgery on both eyes) We came up with a plan to try glasses first as the least invasive and complicated, see how those work and go from there. I first learned of Dr. Cosgrove while experiencing an emergency that required emergency laser surgery to keep my retina from detaching. This place is thorough. I moved to Montana in June and have had to find doctors . So far I have felt totally pleased with the quality of care I have received. My doctor referred me here when I told her of some blurred vision in my right eye. I was informed that it was due to some spotting on the lens put in after my cataract surgery which occurs after a time and that a five minute laser treatment can fix it. . I have gained a big relief. I was amazed that I could follow my wife in to the reception desk and get the service that I did. The girl at the desk listened to me and so did a technician that was there and they filled out the paperwork and got me right in. I had a seat and in a minute a tech came and got me and started the preliminary tests. When that was finished, I sat in a waiting room in the back and what do you know, my wife came and sat beside me. Doctor Cosgrove took us both in to the exam room and when she was done with Lynne, she looked at me. She explained what my situation is and how we should handle it. Dr. Herrygers was amazing! I’ve been having severe dry eye syndrome which my regular optometrist has been treating, although it was not getting much better. I thought it was something more. Dr Sheehan is the best ophthalmologist I have ever seen. He has taken care of my eyes since 2020. Including cataract surgery, diagnosis of diabetic retinopathy, and Avastin eye injections. I had a fear of needles from some childhood trauma with injectios and his kindness and compassion has made it possible for me to have injections in my eye. My diabetic retinopathy is under control I haven’t needed an injection in a year and on my visit last week he said my eyes are doing so well that he doesn’t need to see me for another year unless I have a problem. Dr. Cosgrove is absolutely spectacular in every way, from professional excellence to personal interaction. I have been a patient of hers for about 15 years now, and have had a whole slew of difficult problems arise, and she has solved them all. I have had pretty severe glaucoma in both eyes, but she has now managed that perfectly well, through a variety of treatments as the severity increased, including drops, laser surgery and stent insertion. No vision loss whatsoever now! And she just did 2 perfect cataract procedures, again with no complications. Perfect vision again!!! I should start by saying that I did not want eye surgery. I thought it was too risky. But, I have Horner’s Syndrome in one eye from a stroke 12-years ago and it makes that eye really tired all the time. I was ready to just wear a patch over it. I was really impressed with all of Dr. Watkins staff, the testing they put me through and the time she took to walk/talk me through my surgical options. In the years (18) I have been Dr. Moeller's patient, the care and treatment has been completely professional every time. From the office staff, the technicians, and facilities to the doctor's diagnoses, recommendations, referrals and treatment the service has been just outstanding. This last visit (12/15/'23) at the temporary Belgrade facility was a perfect example. Cole, Kristi's technician was totally focused on my issue, took care to provide the doctor with a thorough high-tech imaging of my retina, and did so with great candor and professional aplomb. Went in for eye exam at the Belgrade office. First meeting with Dr. Herrygers went fantastic. She is very thorough. Explains in detail what my problem was (cataracts both eyes & glaucoma 1 eye). Next appt was at Bozeman office. Did total screening & measurements for surgery. Staff were all in good spirts, very helpful, knowledgeable & friendly. Wow!! These folks are phenomenal!!! I was having blurry vision in one eye that had a cataract removed years earlier. I was due for major back surgery the following week. Not only did they get me in the same day I called but they also fixed my problem the same day!! Evidently you can get a film on the back of your lens which they can laser off. Dr. Cosgrove has been a godsend. After the tragic death of my daughter I noticed the loss of vision in my left eye. I was directed to the first station of the four or five phases of my eye exam within 3 minutes of my arrival. Amber was meticulous and friendly, collecting data -- measurements of various aspects of my eyes -- for Dr. Cosgrove to review. While my eyes were dilating from the infusion of drops by Amber, I waited approximately 10 minutes, and then Dr. Cosgrove called me into her exam space. Her manner is friendly and down to earth; she speaks carefully and answered several questions I raised about both the immediate findings and implications, and about potential longer-term implications. I left better informed, and thus better equipped to decide when I might want to take more aggressive actions to deal with my cataract-affected fading eyesight. I had a corneal transplant and cataract removed in July 2022. My eye sight with prescription eye glasses, was so poor I could not read books without a magnifying glass. I work on a computer 8 hrs per day, I could not read on the computer without the magnifying glass. Needless to say Dr Sheehan came into my life. He is very informative when explaining my eye problems, and what needed to happen to improve my eye sight. I went into surgery knowing what he would do and how it would be done. After the surgery I was astonished at the improvement. Each day has been like a rebirth, seeing things that have always been there but never saw it. I go back almost 50 years to the practice of Dr.Everett Lensink. I've stayed with the practice because I've received excellent service from the practitoners. Because of Dr. Ken Younger my retinal tears were repaired promptly and successfully long after normal visiting hours., Dr. Cosgrove is my current opthalmologist and performed my cataract surgeries some time ago. I have been patient of Dr Moeller for 9 years. Initially for eye exams, and recently for cataract surgery. I had severe astigmatism and have worn glasses for 65 years. After the surgery my astigmatism is practically non existent. I am scheduled to have Dr Moeller remove excess skin on my drooping eyelids. Dr. Joseph Sheehan is both extremely competent and caring. I am an RN and have been around the block, especially when it comes to my eyes. He answered all my questions, and addressed my concerns one at a time. He gave me my vision back. Literally. I had cataract surgery in both eyes, and have a very complicated history that includes two detached retinas. I have no doubt my eyes are healed. My vision is the best it has ever been as an adult. I choose Dr. Sheehan with Medical Eye Specialists to perform my Lasik eye surgery after going in for a free consultation. Dr. Sheehan and the staff at Medical Eye Specialists treated me very well from the beginning. They did not pressure me into the surgery at all. They performed several tests repeatedly to ensure I was a good candidate for the procedure and laid out all the risks and benefits of each type of Lasik surgery. Setting up the tests and the final procedure was a piece of cake and the post-op care was excellent! They treated me with dignity and respect throughout the whole process, and a year later I can still say I am grateful to Dr. Sheehan and everyone at Medical Eye Specialists! The procedure went well and I recovered 100% without any ill-effects. I found out that my eyes were getting pretty neglected from my previous doctor in PA and although it was scary and I was emotional about finding out this news the staff here was amazing and made me feel so much better. Dr. Sheehan treated my corneal ulcer with care, professionalism, and kindness. He explained everything clearly and always encouraged questions. He was even able to help me get an emergency refill after hours through the on call physician.
