Comprehensive Eye Care
Medical Eye Specialists provides routine eye exams and comprehensive eye care for eyes of all ages.
Eye Exams
Routine eye exams are an important way to maintain healthy vision. Your doctor will check your vision, screen for eye diseases like glaucoma and diabetic retinopathy, determine whether you have a refractive error such as farsightedness (hyperopia), nearsightedness (myopia) or an astigmatism that may be causing blurry vision and look for other vision problems. Diagnosing eye disease as early as possible gives you the best chance of maintaining healthy vision.
What Happens During an Eye Exam
The exam will involve a series of tests and a variety of instruments that check different aspects of your vision and your eye health. This includes measuring your visual acuity, using technology to measure the shape and curvature your eye. If indicated, your doctor at Medical Eye Specialists may recommend additional testing using the technology in our office to better evaluate your eye for certain diseases.
Schedule an Exam
A comprehensive eye exam at Medical Eye Specialists is a great way to help evaluate any issues you may be having with your vision, such as trouble focusing or blurry vision. Healthy vision is also worth protecting. Even if you are in good general health with no existing eye issues, a comprehensive eye exam is a good idea.
